CG23 is a life management agency that supports players by mentoring and managing them through the big and small decisions, both on and off the pitch.
Getting you the right deal is more important than just getting any deal.
Whether it’s through football advice, financial guidance, media training or building mental resilience, I aim to help players become the best version of themselves that they possibly can be.
EXPERIENCE
My 40 years of experience in the game has spanned playing at a high level, coaching, scouting and football media.
We started CG23 because in football you need talent, to work hard (and be blessed with a bit of luck!) but too many players are not given the best chance of succeeding because they are not being managed properly.
I want to always be able to look a player in the eye and say we did our very best.
FOCUS
Our focus is to give clients the best opportunities, to achieve their goals on the pitch and to help ensure they have financial security and options when their career is over.
