My 40 years of experience in the game has spanned playing at a high level, coaching, scouting and football media.
In football you need talent, to work hard (and be blessed with a bit of luck!), but too many players are not given the best chance of succeeding because they are not being managed properly.
I want to always be able to look a player in the eye and say that we did our very best.
MISSION STATEMENT
We work extremely hard to ensure that players end up with the sporting career that they have dreamt about, not the career that managers or coaches decide is best.
CG23 Player Agency supports players by mentoring and managing them through the big and small decisions, both on and off the pitch.
